There are only 3 main reasons why customer don’t buy once they know you offer what they want/need:

  1. Bad Need find

No urgency – More important things to do

Time – Wrong time to buy

Shipping & Availability – Isn’t there, or takes too long or doesn’t come to me

Not a decision maker – No authority to buy, wrong audience

Tailor offers specifically once you have the right audience and get them to say yes and I agree

 

  1. Confusion

Trust – Will it do what I expect?

Purchase process is too difficult – Confusion in how to buy

Uninformative descriptions – Unconfident the product/service will meet their needs

Too much choice – Too much of anything is bad so you can have any colour as long as it black

You didn’t ask

 

  1. Uncompetitive

No Benefits – Less value buying from you than someone else warrantee guarantee

Price & Unexpected Costs – No hidden cost and stay competitive (That does not mean be cheap)
